Rod LeGrande is the author and creator of the Sales Training University , which is the curriculum used by Excellence Quest. Each subject is modular and stands alone. As a salesperson completes this 12-Month Program he is transformed into a "selling machine", which is a salesperson that performs so well and consistently that he is revered as a machine, consistently cranking out more sales.

Each subject includes a four-hour seminar workshop, workbook and four booklets (one for each week of the month) that follow-up the training, provides challenges and homework to ensure that the salesperson implements the training.

Mr. LeGrande also to speaks to groups for $7,500 plus travel & expenses. Four-hour workshops may also be condensed to 75 minute trainings.
